  • 1) This product is for indoor use. To avoid risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use where it may be exposed to water or direct sunlight, including roofed but open porches.
    2) Use extension cord marked SJW-A, SJEW-A, or SKWT-A only.
    3) Use only extension cords which have plugs and receptacles which accept the product's plug. Replace or repair damaged cords.
    4) The electrical rating of an extension cord must be as great as the electrical rating of the product
    5) Don't abuse the cord - never carry products by the cord or yank it to disconnect from receptacle. Keep cord from heat, oil and sharp edges.
    6) Disconnect the product from power supply when not in use, before servicing, when changing bulbs, and cleaning the lights.
    7) Do not insert foreign objects into this product.

  • Skin or eye damage may result from directly viewing the light produced by the lamp in the apparatus. This cover is provided with an inter lock to reduce the risk of excessive UVA Radiation. Do not defeat its purpose
